About Me
I, Linda Livers, am an entrepreneur, consultant, and founder of SustainConsulting LLC—a firm that provides sustainable solutions for independent consultants, nonprofit organizations, advocacy coalitions, and companies, and specializes in project management, strategic communications, and advocacy.
Since 2016, I’ve partnered with clients to design and manage both short- and long-term projects that deliver impact. I support high-capacity, complex initiatives with both a strategic vision and task execution. With built-in administrative support and connections to a variety of partners, I offer personalized approaches and guidance to meet client needs.
While much of my work has focused on advancing climate change literacy, my skill set is highly transferable across sectors. I bring deep experience across a range of services, including coalition building and campaign strategy, research and content development, and communications and event planning. I have served in every functional role of a nonprofit, and I’ve worked closely with legislators and state agencies to advance several public policy efforts, and I understand what it takes to turn a vision into action.
Clients often tell me their favorite thing about working with me is my ability to “simply figure it out” and to “see the forest and the trees.” I’m equally comfortable charting big-picture strategies and managing the fine details that bring a project, event, or campaign to life. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, with concentrations in decision science and general business. I am based in Los Angeles, California.
